Shipping & Payment

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only (all 50 states, APO/FPO and PO boxes included).

• Orders under $35.00: flat $4.95 per order.
• Orders of $35.00 or more: free standard shipping.

Every sleep mask is printed after you order it. Production takes 2-4 business days, then transit takes 3-6 business days. Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days of the order date. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking link.

If your tracking has not moved for 7 days or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at contact@napwink.com with your order number and we will reship or refund.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All prices are in US dollars. A single sleep mask costs $12.95; sets of 2, 3 and 4 cost $22.95, $32.95 and $39.95, as shown on each product page; shipping is shown in your cart before you pay.

Your card is charged when you place the order. Payments are processed by our payment partners over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address where required by law.
